Although the fate of the fall (and honestly, the winter) marching seasons are unknown, it’s always a good idea to be prepared! Here’s a list of some of my favorite safe, effective, and fun online workouts!
1. MADFIT – 30 MIN FULL BODY DANCER SCULPT WORKOUT
All of her workouts are intense and amazing, but THIS ONE. Omg I workout everyday and I thought my abs were gonna fall off.
Yes I realize how weird that sounds.
In all seriousness, if you need something to help you work those core muscles that you will use during outdoor and indoor, look no further. Maddie with definitely help you out with that.
2. EMKFIT
I couldn’t pick one video, so I just posted the link to her channel! These videos are probably some of the most fun I’ve had while working out. Emily posts “Hiit Hop” videos to your favorite music! She has Disney themed ones, boy bands, Queens of Pop, and more! She posts every week and when I tell you I am always dripping in sweat…
3. The Studio by Jamie Kinkeade – The Most Fun 15 Minute Cardio Dance Fitness Workout EVER
This one is killer. I have a hard time finding workouts that challenge me and I barely made it through the second song. Jamie is full of energy and keeps you going, but dear Jesus please make sure to have water nearby because you’ll need it. Get your dancing shoes on and enjoy this one!
4. The Fitness Marshall
Another youtuber who I love and couldn’t pick just one video! These are short, sweet, and so much fun! Caleb makes dance-fitness videos to popular songs and if you join his 30 minute sweat sessions, I promise that you’ll be getting stronger while having some crazy fun.
5. Courtney Coffey – 10-MINUTE NO EQUIPMENT BEGINNER WORKOUT
This might be a shameless plug for my own channel, but in all seriousness, this workout will work. you. out. It’s super beginner friendly, fast, and easy to recreate and do with your guards as a warmup if you feel so inclined.
6. MADFIT – LONG & LEAN LEGS Workout
Can you tell that I love Maddie’s videos? My legs were probably shaking halfway though this workout. If you finish it you will be sore the next day, but you will feel SO STRONG and your leaps will also get higher over time so like…why not?
Have you done any of these? Are there any online workouts that you do not mentioned here? Leave your experiences down in the comments!
