Drum Corps Europe is an organization completly run by volunteers that work to bring the marching arts to Europe. Junior Class has an age limit of 16 while there is not age cap in Premier Class. Similarly to DCI, groups work during the summer to perfect their program and compete in local shows, eventually leading to the European Music Games in Enschede, Netherlands.
