Every so often, I like to spread the news of events, happenings, and movement in the activity! This week, DSC Winterguard reached out to ask if I could spread the word about their formation, and here I am ✨
A blurb from their director!
DSC Winterguard is an independent winterguard based in Portsmouth, NH. DSC stands for Downstage Centre, an arts organization founded by our artistic director, Jo Meallo. DSC Winterguard was created in December 2024. The 2025 season was our first season performing as an exhibition team. This will be our first season competing, and we will compete in the world division. Our mission is to create a space for adults who have spun in the past to get back into spinning and performing. This year, our goal is to compete in the NESBA circuit.
Auditions are taking place this weekend!
Saturday October 18th 11:00am – 4:00pm
Sunday October 19th 10:00am – 2:00pm
